**We are currently seeking a full-time **Bilingual English/French RFP & Contracts Specialist** to join our team**
**BASIC FUNCTION**
The RFP and Contracts Specialist is responsible for the preparation and completion of all RFX contract tenders including RFPs, RFQs, proposals and pricing agreements and the supervision of the implementation of contracts and pricing by the contract specialist as well as resolving billing discrepancies.
Under the supervision of the Manager and working with the various internal departments and external parties, the RFP and Contracts Specialist ensures the completion of all RFX tenders and generates reports as required for analysis and accurate maintenance of all contracts and associated pricing.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bilingual English and French
- Post-Secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of relevant experience in a contracts administration role is an asset.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
**SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels both inside and outside the organization.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft® Office. Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and handle fluctuating workloads.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent continuous improvement skills
- Proven ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong investigative, data interpretation/manipulation skills
- Excellent follow up and project management skills.
