**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Support with tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, source of hire, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR Director to proactively address staffing needs.
- Stay ahead of industry changes and emerging trends to build talent pipeline/network.
- Support with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education in human resources, organizational development, training and development, recruitment or related field considered an asset.
- Exposure to recruitment would be considered an asset.
- Basic working knowledge of relevant employment legislation including Employment Standards Act.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of all projects involved.
- High emotional intelligence and commitment to professionalism.

**WORK CONDITIONS**
- In Person First Workplace.
- Requires sitting/being stationary at a desk for extended periods of time.
