- Job Requirements**Experience**:
This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to three (3) years of providing administrative support in a professional environment, preferably in a post-secondary setting.

Preference will be given to applicants with:

- Experience working in admissions.
- Experience in organizing course materials and supporting online course delivery systems.

- Experience processing a large amount of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, conflicting demands, and tasks in an effective manner.
- Strong word processing, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong technical support skills and knowledge, with an aptitude in navigating and effectively using a wide range of software including Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel), SharePoint/Connect, and Learning Management Systems.
