RRC is seeking a qualified person to join our proposal team at our U.S Offices in Round Rock Texas or Canada offices. RRC is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that specializes in energy projects, particularly renewable energy, throughout the United States. **Essential Responsibilities**
- Manage and expedite the receipt of pricing information and technical input from SMEs.
- Manage the compilation of input from various sources.
- Be able to review client Requests for Proposal (RFP) documents and identify information important for the SME to review.
- Assist in the creation of materials that supplement proposals such as resumes, and simple PowerPoint graphics.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Able to judge the proper way to handle various proposal-processing decisions based on general guidelines.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Able to input proposal related information into the company CRM system.

**Desired Background**
- Education or work experience in the construction industry.
- Work experience in the utility solar energy industry.
- Prior experience writing technical proposals.
