**DESCRIPTION**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the group, including but not limited to:

- Responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administering all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, accounting, and back-office support.
- Oversee all contracts through to closing and provide a high level of service to clients including implementing action plans, sending checklists, and overseeing tasks.
- Coordinating all listings including prep before listing, staging homes, showing management, and more.
- Prepare Listing packages, Buyer Packages, Seminar packages, Client gifts, etc.
- Implement marketing, client care, and event support (social media, advertising, client gifts, mail outs, cards, event organization)
- Managing and training team members on our systems.
- Engage and follow team culture: staying true to team mission, vision, values, beliefs, and expectations.

This unique part-time position allows for growth and learning along a real estate sales representative's career path. There would be training and experience throughout the year as well as daily real life lessons through the administrative position. There would be an opportunity move to full-time hours as an Administrative Manager or even to move to full-time REALTOR on the team.

The position has flexibility to allow for some work-from-home time. Some driving will be required to pick up supplies or do errands. There will be half days at the office of the Jessica Hellard Real Estate Group.

**Expectations**:

- To be honest, bring up issues, ask questions, always be learning and look for ways to improve.
- To deliver 5 Star experiences to clients at all times and stay in touch weekly with active clients.
- To maintain and manage the systems and the protocols of the Jessica Hellard Real Estate Group

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Some post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum two years of administrative experience
- Passion for helping people and keeping people organized and on task
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, task management, and customer service communication skills
- Detail-oriented with triple checking work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Google Drive/docs, Gmail, Social Media, Slack
- Experience with a website content management system & graphic design (Wordpress & Canva) as well as CRM and Asana would be a great asset.
- Valid driver’s license and some vehicle access required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $21,250.00 per year
