**About Us**:
We are The Yorkville Team, a luxury real estate team in Toronto. We specialize in high-end homes, condos, investments and pre-construction opportunities while delivering a white glove concierge experience to our clients. We are based out of Forest Hill Real Estate Brokerage in the heart of Yorkville.

You will be joining as a core member of The Yorkville Team, a dynamic, top producing luxury residential real estate team specializing in the Yorkville area. The role is to offer administrative and client services support to the agents on the team and their clients as well as play a crucial role to develop and administer the key operational systems of the business.

You are an organized and highly detail-oriented team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused setting to deliver outstanding high-end service. You are excellent at following instructions, working independantly, and you thrive with clear systems and protocols so you can deliver consistent results. You're an effective communicator and are comfortable working in a luxury environment dealing with high-end clients. You can see the big picture and have the ability to identify gaps and areas of improvement on a granular level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of the client database system
- Development and integration of key operational systems of the business including buyer systems, new listings systems, client management and past client retention
- Assist in the regular management and communication of current and past clients throughout the buying, selling and deal closing process
- Preparation of OREA sales documents for buyers and sellers
- Update & maintain client files, team Google Drive, spreadsheets
- Track team sales numbers, agent prospecting numbers and hold team accountable to reach & exceed their sales targets
- Create, proof & post social media content as required

**Past Experience & Education**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate brokerage industry**:

- Knowledge of real estate programs (TREB MLS, Matrix, Geowarehouse, Webforms & DocuSign/Authentisign)
- Experience preparing listings for sale & lease, BRA's, Offers for purchase & lease, waivers, etc.
- Ideally a university degree or college diploma
- Experience working with a client-focused CRM system (Follow Up Boss)
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Google Drive
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication
- People-oriented and dedicated to customer service
- Well organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar E-Mail Marketing Platform
- Experience with Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin)
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools

**Job Type**:

- Full-time (12-month contract)

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday (combination of in-office and remote working)
