**Canoco Energy services is looking for a Field Safety Advisor.**
- Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: $55+ Depending on experience
- TA Shifts: 12 Hours (Days & Nights)
- Duration: 6 Months +
- Accommodations: LOA.

**Duties**:

- Effectively communicate, both written and verbal with the workforce, management, and client.
- Advising on HSE concerns with the leadership team.
- Research and present relative toolbox talks.
- Ensuring that employees are adequately trained to complete their jobs safely.
- Ensuring Field Level Risk Assessment (FLRA) forms are completed by each employee.
- Working with HSE department, to develop a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
- Ensuring employees sign onto JHA’s and FLRA’s.
- Accurately maintaining JHA’s, FLRA’s, and other safety records/documents.
- Completing Site Specific Orientations with new workers.
- Tracking HSE statistics.
- HSE workplace investigations as needed.
- HSE Field audits.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Microsoft Office, OHS, CRSP or NCSO certification, HSE Inspector, Safety Specialist, Safety Officer, Accident investigations, root cause analysis and prepare accident reports. Organize and deliver toolbox talks. Documentation and compliance with policies and procedures. Extensive knowledge of local legislation and required regulations. Continual monitoring, coaching and guidance towards safety compliance.
