'''Duties''' - Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to promote a safe work environment - Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions - Collaborate with management and employees to develop strategies for improving safety performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in safety regulations '''Experience''' - Proven experience as a Safety Consultant or similar role - In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential hazards and assess risks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs - Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections Skills: - Fabricate: Ability to fabricate safety equipment or modify existing equipment as needed - Training development: Experience in developing training materials and programs for employees As a Safety Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our organization. You will be responsible for conducting audits, developing policies, providing training, investigating incidents, and collaborating with management to improve safety performance.
