- Generate and present pricing to accounts and confirm estimates accurately reflect the pre-move survey
- Organize services provided by AMJ Toronto West to other agencies within the Atlas family
- Liaise between customer, agency partners and operations to arrange all services within the AMJ network
- Track of shipments (domestic and cross border)
- Consistent follow up throughout the move process to ensure on time, accurate, high quality service
- Provide advice on customs process and correction of customs documentation where required
- Provide knowledgeable support on move process to Agent partners within the US.
- Data entry, administration, use of multiple software programs to ensure all information is accurately reflected in internal and external systems
- Initiate claims process with client as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High-end customer service experience is mandatory as this position is heavily focused on providing top-notch customer service to clients
- Ideal skills: teamwork, detail oriented, organization, ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize
- Inside sales/account management experience is an asset
- Computer literacy is necessary (i.e. Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of customs requirements for both CBP and CBSA (preferred but not required)
- Moving industry experience (preferred but not required)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
