**The Role**

The Scheduling Coordinator is a key member of the Rule1 Agency team, reporting to the Creative Director and working with the Rule1 marketing team and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of marketing projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the internal and external teams to fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects and tasks are executed to plan and in a timely manner.
- Maintain project-specific documentation, including but not limited to, briefs, brainstorming plans, and scopes for each project
- Work with the Creative Director to monitor time spent on projects for proper management of resource capacity
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with clients and stakeholders
- Work with the Creative Director to oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency's product
- Seek improved, streamlined processes to better manage deliverables
- Keep all teams updated on the status of deliverables including producing reports for client
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the organization.
- Provide support to the design team when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and/or project management experience —preferably within a digital agency
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible, independent and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

environment
- Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong client service orientation
- High quality assurance standards
- Proactivity - the ability to anticipate and manage risk
- Must be comfortable talking with clients on the phone

**Nice to have**
- Experience with Content Management Systems such as Shopify
- Understanding of Marketing including planning, execution and reporting
- Experience with task/project management software (ie: Monday, Trello, Notion, Asana)
- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Graphic Design
- Experience with resource planning/estimation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,300.00-$55,579.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
