Achievers’ Global Revenue Enablement & Training team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist passionate about process, training, and leading enablement programs designed to deliver a world-class experience. The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales organization by developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools to empower our sales team to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.

**What you'll do**:

- Use an array of tools to produce a variety of materials that promote learning.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales goals, challenges, and opportunities, and develop sales enablement initiatives to support them.
- Create and maintain sales training programs, materials, and resources to onboard new hires and continuously upskill existing sales team members.
- Develop and implement sales playbooks, tools, and resources to streamline sales processes and improve sales effectiveness.
- Partner with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and collateral with sales objectives.
- Analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and use insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and best practices among the sales team.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Skilled in using various tools to create video tutorials, design presentations and other documents, and develop programs.
- Able to work within an ever-changing environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global SaaS company or delivery of global training programs.
- Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously; maintain and regularly update multiple project schedules.
