Sales Enablement Manager Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to build and lead a high-impact program from the ground up. This role will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to equip them with the tools and training needed to excel in a competitive market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building a world-class enablement program, accelerating sales cycles, increasing win rates, and driving Wisedocs AI's expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Empower Go-To-Market teams by providing knowledge, resources, and tools to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create high-impact sales content, such as decks, battle cards, demos, and design engaging training programs for GTM teams.
  • Analyze key GTM metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product launches, and GTM strategies.
  • Stay informed through market research and competitive analysis to equip GTM teams with the latest insights.
  • Leverage technology to optimize GTM processes by evaluating, implementing, and managing sales enablement tools.
  • Support events, such as sales kick-offs, webinars, and conferences, to drive engagement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Enablement role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Prior start-up experience, building an Enablement program from the ground-up preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation, process transformation, or AI-related domains a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
