**About this opportunity**
We have an opening for an
**Executive Administrative Assistant** supporting the Vice President and General Manager of the Canada based in our country corporate headquarters in downtown Toronto. This key team player will manage logístical coordination, organization and implementation of processes both internal and customer facing related to the Canadian Commercial organization. They are highly self-motivated professional who has a track record of independently managing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. They are a strong communicator, creative, possesses initiative, curiosity, and positivity.
**In this role, you will**
- Performs diversified administrative duties, including but not limited to calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Organize and prepare, including content management/creation and logistics for internal and customer meetings on and off-site.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive.
- Compiling data to prepare papers or presentations.
- Manage PO process and payment processing for expenses.
- Key contributor on several internal program teams (i.e., employee engagement, onboarding, networking teams etc.)
- Ensures fulfilment of objectives and deadlines assigned to team.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other projects and duties as required.

Skillset And Background
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6 years of prior experience in a similar or related role supporting a senior executive or team.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service skills and willing to go above and beyond to meet the customers’ needs.
- Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to work individually and in project teams.
- Superior communication and influence skills with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly both verbally and in writing with audiences at all management levels.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
