**Position Summary**:
Based out of our **Balzac, AB** office the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in organizing the President’s calendar for meetings and travel; along with all booking requirements. This role encompasses a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and acting as a trusted liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the President’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Conduct research and create reports and presentations as required
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings
- Draft correspondence and manage incoming communications maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
- Track progress on key objectives and deadlines, ensuring timely completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support the broader executive team as needed
- Plan and organize events
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- At times may be required to handle personal details for President
- Other job-related duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum five years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Experience in managing inboxes and calendars
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques would be an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills - Written and Verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to anticipate outcomes and plan accordingly
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
