Down Hole Tools Production Coordinator
Where will you work: Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan
HOURS/SCHEDULE: 9/80
The Down Hole Tools Production Coordinator is accountable for the successful coordination and scheduling of the Down Hole Tools, Coil Tubing Unit, and Submersible Pump division in the Minefield. This position requires a working knowledge of submersible pump installations and the down hole tool area. The coordinator will collaborate with Production and the Service Rigs to ensure that equipment and personnel are delivering on time and on schedule, with safety as a top priority. The Down Hole Tools Production Coordinator will provide detailed plans for resources, materials, and equipment to complete each job safely and effectively, and will offer cost estimations. While not required to participate in the execution of the plan, the coordinator will review feedback from the execution to continuously improve future plans and will monitor project progress, making modifications as needed.
What you’ll do?- Schedule and Coordinate Submersible Pump, Coil Tubing and Downhole Tools, assets, and people. Assist with equipment prep and installations for Submersible Pumps.- Coordinate equipment transport and trucking logistics for tubing, Downhole Tools, Coil Tubing,- Responsible for contractor management for semiannual overhead equipment inspections as well as other contractor hosting as needed for the area.- Manage inventories for tubulars, Pump Equipment, Down Hole Tool areas.- Area Reporting, Communication, Logistics, Meetings
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years of Service Rig Operations and have knowledge of submersible pump operations and maintenance.- Must have good understanding of rig workovers, service rig equipment, equipment related to rigs or rig workovers, and solution mining.- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and understand the interrelations within the mining area.-
- General knowledge of Well view and can navigate through the data and generate reports.
