**Detailed Job Description**

Extensive hands-on technical skills to cover installation, configuration, administration and advanced troubleshooting of data networks in large enterprises that includes Wired & Wireless LAN WAN, Load Balancers, Packeteers, Cisco Nexus, Remote Access Palo Alto & Secure ID and DNS and DHCP

Experience of working with a Service environment and technical teams of IT experts

Experience to working on ITIL ticketing system (Service Now) and understand ITIL Framework

Experience in representation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meeting

Experience of being able to highlight issues and solutions

Experience of managing outsourced or offshore supplier support groups (HP, CISCO, AT&T)

In depth understand and troubleshooting skills for data centers networks.

Maintain relationships with circuit vendor, network device OEMs and other suppliers / subcontractors and also act as a single point of contact

Hands on with strong understanding of routing and switching

QoS designing, implementation and troubleshooting

WAN optimization and Data Center network optimization

Configuration & Troubleshooting of Call out feature, SNMP, NTP, Network Redundancy features, Load Balancing, policy based routing, rate limiting, traffic shaping, VLAN, trunking and routing protocols BGP, EIGRP & OSPF.

Manage DNS and DHCP services

Configure and Support Proxy devices

Ensure availability of out of band access management setup for devices

Experience on traffic capturing and traffic analysing tools

Manage network device backup, restore and reboot, etc...

Strong verbal / written communication skills

**Qualifications**

Configuration & Troubleshooting of Call out feature, SNMP, NTP, Network Redundancy features, Load Balancing, policy based routing, rate limiting, traffic shaping, VLAN, trunking and routing protocols BGP, EIGRP & OSPF.

**Certifications**
