The CBON Group is a group of companies specialized in introducing, developing, and establishing health and beauty brands across North American professional salons and retail chains, and online marketplaces. We work with manufacturers from all around the world to grow their brands with implementation strategies, trade show presence, education, and retail sales and marketing strategies.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic about the health and beauty industry to enable and accelerate our professional and retail business to the next level. You will be part of a company that welcomes and cultivates new ideas and approaches to marketing our brands. You will be joining a fast-paced, on-trend team who loves what they do because they are passionate about all things beauty.

**THE ROLE**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels, including product listings, optimizing product pages to improve conversion, order processing, and customer service for the website
- Able to optimize paid advertising campaigns, generate organic traffic using SEO and other tools, and implement experiments and A/B conversion tests
- Evaluate the performance of executed strategic programs and campaigns, including ROAS, to ascertain their effectiveness in meeting brand and sales objectives.
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to key stakeholders including suppliers and retailers.
- Able to lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to pursue shared business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with PR agencies, third-party marketing partners, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Conduct research on competitor brands' pricing and products and retail placement.

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2-5+ years of digital marketing experience specifically with eCommerce, websites, paid digital campaigns (Google search and display ads, paid social media ads), and influencer and affiliate marketing.
- 2-5+ years of Shopify website experience required.
- Experience in the health and beauty and/or related industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and provide stakeholder reports Send, or equivalent).
- Graphic design experience (Photoshop or equivalent) and creative skills (video editing a bonus).
- Customer-centric approach to business.
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented.
- Excellent priority management skills and ability to manage several projects.
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication; Bilingual an asset.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
