**Requirements**:
**Position Overview**:
As a Logistics National Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships at a national level. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to account management.

**What you’ll do here**:

- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaise with Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

- Proven work experience.
- Solid experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements.
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with superior collaboration abilities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Displays accountability and meets deadlines.
