**Director, Regulatory Affairs & Revenue Assurance**

GrandBridge Energy is recruiting for a Director, Regulatory Affairs & Revenue Assurance to join our team at our Glebe office in Cambridge. The position also offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement of three days in-office.
**Major Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic direction for the Regulatory Affairs and Billing & Settlements teams, overseeing and coaching two direct reports to achieve departmental goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in core processes, leveraging technology to streamline operations, increase efficiency and improve internal controls.
- Provide leadership on regulatory compliance matters for the Company, acting as a resource to provide expertise, and guidance on a wide variety of regulations, policies, codes, rules and programs to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Ontario Energy Board (“OEB”).
- Represent the corporation’s interests in external stakeholder committees, proceedings and consultations and advise on regulatory strategy and policy to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
- Oversee regulatory accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate recognition of electricity revenues per OEB guidance, thorough reconciliation of electricity purchases, and maintenance of robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
- Publish monthly financial commentary that comprehensively summarizes revenue performance to budget, offers insight into customer growth and consumption trends, and analyzes net movements in deferral and variance accounts.
- Direct billing and settlement operations including issuance of timely and accurate bills, settlement of power costs with the system operator, and compliance with regulations.
- Identify key areas for performance measurement within the Regulatory and Billing & Settlement departments and define relevant Key Performance Indicators and metrics for tracking progress.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure a positive workplace culture that fosters collaboration, growth, and employee well-being.
