- **Role Summary**:_

Our Chubb Mississauga Branch requires a Bilingual National Operations Support Administrator to provide support to the National Operations Center. In this role you will provide unrivaled, outstanding support to all internal and external customers, delivered through timely responses, courteous customer call handling, and professionally written correspondence.
- **Key Job Responsibilities**:_
- Following company policies and procedures, accurately administrate/process contracts, orders, cancellations and billings.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing required results to meet department and company goals.
- Work with internal/external customers professionally.
- Assist Management and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Work flexibly around normal office hours to achieve results required.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or related course of study.
- 1-3 years of customer service/administration experience, preferably within a B2B environment.
