helloDarwin is a technology startup, a marketplace, that helps companies find partners, service providers and resources in marketing, design and software development. We are venture capital (VC) backed and looking for a 6th person to join our Sales & Consulting team.
We have a team of 39 in Montreal and plan to double the size.
The job
We are actively seeking a Customer Acquisition Representative to promote our consulting services for Quebec retailers. We offer a digital transformation service that helps companies drive more sales in-store and online.
Your role will be to seek out retailers who want to improve their digital virage with a subsidized government program.
Customer acquisition representatives are responsible for 65% of helloDarwin's revenue.
There are currently 5 great people in this position, and we plan to grow to 7 by the end of the year.
Here's a breakdown of the main responsibilities;
Contact potential prospects to explain our different offers and understand their needs in detail, while proposing different types of support for them (most customers use our subsidized offers, but we also have paid offers to propose to customers who qualify).
Propose the different helloDarwin support packages, identify needs and advise customers on the most appropriate solution for their business objectives.
About you
Experience in a marketing agency and/or digital background
You know how to navigate a conversation to get the information you need.
Resourceful and autonomous, you don't need to be micromanaged
You pay close attention to detail and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Nice to have:
You know how to use a CRM and the Google suite.
You are fluently bilingual
