**Your tasks at a glance**
- You oversee the recruitment process for our specialized roles in clinic for our various brands, namely LASIK MD.
- You create strong relationships with your internal clients and tailor your recruitment strategy according to their needs and their respective markets.
- You are invested in strategic sourcing, constantly seeking out top talent through diverse avenues such as Applicants Tracking system searches, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- You create recruitment focused posts on our social media pages.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a post-secondary education in human resources, or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- You have experience in talent acquisition as a recruiter.
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in French and English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
- You pay attention to details and can easily shift focus throughout the workday.
