We are seeking **Computer and Network Operators**to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of our IT systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will be critical in supporting both client environments and internal operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair client IT environments, including LANs, WANs, mainframe systems, workstations, internet connections, and peripheral equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Install and configure enterprise-level hardware, software, and infrastructure, including operating systems, databases, middleware, and Java EE-based solutions.
- Support the implementation and optimization of logistics management systems, leveraging RFID technology to improve supply chain tracking and efficiency.
- Utilize master consoles to monitor IT systems and networks, ensuring reliability, optimal performance, and resource utilization.
- Conduct in-depth technical analyses and troubleshooting to resolve infrastructure issues with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Develop and execute scripts (e.g., shell scripts) to automate repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Perform regular data backups, implement disaster recovery protocols, and conduct security evaluations to safeguard data and maintain business continuity.
- Execute assigned project tasks as outlined in the project plan, working collaboratively under the direction of your reporting manager.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Having a good understanding in system and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms, Java EE solutions, and RFID technology.
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery protocols, and IT security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong learning ability to adapt to emerging technologies and new tools quickly.

Pay: $15.80-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
