**Job Description**:
The Quality Operations Shift Leader has responsibility for a medium size group of employees, both Salary and Hourly, tasked at executing the Global Quality System within the plant.

Within the department they are working to coach and teach the Quality Operations team on how to function within a BIQ IV environment, while also ensuring the integrity of the Quality System being exercised within the Production Departments. Work involves a considerable amount of initiative in decision making and is accompanied by a high level of independent judgment as well as the ability to develop strong relationships across the functional areas.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manages the floor operations
- Promotes, communicates, and follows up on safety initiatives
- Maintain safety culture through audits, observation and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS)
- Must be willing to rotate shifts.
- Communicate status to following shifts.
- Lead shift meetings for SPQRC
