**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Planning & Performance will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the Fresh Pork and Poultry Sales Team. The Manager, Planning & Performance will drive for visibility on initiatives resulting in transparency and accountability for the Fresh Sales Team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead process changes within the sales team and ensure consistent delivery of new standards;
- Develop standardized reporting to be completed and automated in a consistent and timely manner;
- Lead the weekly and monthly reporting process;
- Train, implement and monitor tools to ensure execution of strategic priorities and initiatives;
- Ensure the routine use of support tools, by the sales team, developed by the Manager, Planning & Performance;
- Communicate the results of the executions and reports through various means: Weekly Pork & Poultry meetings, Weekly team meetings, Continuous Improvement (CI) meetings, etc.;
- Manage the coordination of Pork & Poultry of the National Commercial Conference (NCC) Sales meeting and Mid-Year Training and Planning Meeting;
- Develop and implement performance measurement tools to track sales team performance and measures;
- Assist the Senior Directors of Poultry and Pork in weekly tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Business or related field, preferred;
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a sales role, sales operations, sales strategy, or related;
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills;
- French written and oral communication skills considered an asset.
