The key responsibilities:

- Forecasting and Demand Planning: Analyzing historical sales data, current trends, and customer demand patterns to forecast future demand for products. This involves using statistical modeling techniques and software to generate accurate and timely demand forecasts.
- Inventory Optimization: Reviewing inventory levels and managing stock replenishment processes to ensure adequate inventory levels for all products. You will need to collaborate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Supply Chain Management: Working with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials to maintain a smooth supply chain. You will need to monitor supplier performance, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Analytics and Reporting: Preparing reports and dashboards to track and analyze inventory performance metrics, such as inventory turns, stockouts, and lead times. You will need to use data visualization tools and analytics software to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve inventory planning and replenishment processes, and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will need to work with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement best practices.

Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, such as sales teams, purchasing, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment and collaboration. You will also need to establish good relationships with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and vendors, to maintain strong partnerships and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Developing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures.
- Providing regular inventory reports to management to aid in decision-making.
- must have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have a solid understanding of supply chain management and logistics. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and effectively, and be comfortable working with data and analytical tools.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
