Senior Technical Planning Manager – AI/ML

Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Senior Principal Technical Planning Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with the latesttechnology trends and research achievements in the industry and academia within the AI/ML domain, generating insightful technology reports.
- Drive the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic technical plans and lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of AI/ML project.
- Understand pain points and mid-to-long-term requirements, fostering collaborations with local university professors and industry resources for joint projects.
- Identify new investment opportunities, advocate for the expansion of technology teams and increasing investments.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI/ML team.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding and navigating complex technical landscape.
- Demonstrated technical research and development experience in AI/MLdomains.
- Experience inheterogeneous (CPU/GPU/NPU) computing, high performance AI computing architecture, Big Data andGraphic Processing is an asset.
- Possession of a keen sense of technology, enabling theability toswiftly distill complex information andgenerate in-depth insight reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, facilitatingeffective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to a global team and active participation in various external conferences to gather first-hand insights andstay abreast of the latest industry trends.
