**Manhattan International** is an industry-leading Distributor of premium apparel, with a strong presence in the North American market since 1992. With almost 30 years of experience in international and Canadian distribution, our portfolio has expanded to include in-house design and product development, E-com and Retail.

Working as an integral member of the Manhattan Team; the Brand Support works closely with the Brand Manager, sales reps, customers, and international office, to provide accurate, detailed, and timely information. Responsibilities include:

- Sales support through accurate and timely execution of weekly reporting
- Creating purchase orders and approving sales orders on an ongoing basis
- Provide details and updated information to sales representatives
- Manage and maintain internal system. Tasks include but not limited to: creating styles, verifying and entering pricing and correct coding of items.
- Return Authorizations
- Prepare all seasonal assets for the sales team such as photo packages, line sheets, and marketing material
- Communicate with customers
- Work closely with the order entry department to ensure information is transmitted accurately and in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Organizational Skills
- Positive attitude
- Spoken and written English and French

Travailler en tant que membre à part entière de l’équipe Manhattan ; Le support de la marque travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de la marque, les représentants commerciaux, les clients et le bureau international, afin de fournir des informations précises, détaillées et opportunes. Les responsabilités comprennent:

- Soutien aux ventes grâce à l’exécution précise et rapide de rapports hebdomadaires
- Création des bons de commande et approbation des bons de commande sur une base continue
- Fournir des détails et des informations à jour aux représentants des ventes
- Gérer et maintenir le système interne. Les tâches comprennent, mais sans s’y limiter : la création de styles, la vérification et la saisie des prix et le codage correct des articles.
- Autorisations de retour
- Préparer tous les actifs saisonniers pour l’équipe de vente tels que les forfaits photo, les feuilles de ligne et le matériel de marketing
- Communiquer avec les clients
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service de saisie des commandes pour s’assurer que l’information est transmise avec exactitude et en temps opportun.
