Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two HR Analyst, Compensation and Benefits on a permanent basis and one HR Analyst, Compensation and Benefits temporary (up to 7 months) at our Home Office in Saskatoon, SK.

**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
You will be responsible for short-term planning and provide support for work activities for the Compensation, Benefits & Pension team in support of functional goals. You will help clients across the CRS in understanding compensation, benefits & pension guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- You will support the delivery of annual salary initiatives and work with leaders to develop job profiles to ensure content reflects the accountabilities of the position.
- You will respond to inquires and provide employees with information regarding benefits eligibility dates, coverage, and claims.
- You will evaluate and report on program effectiveness, regulatory changes, and best practices, for the purpose of making recommendations for future program enhancements or modifications.
- You will develop knowledge bases within the area of compensation, benefits & pension by participating in third party salary surveys, providing analytics that support the organization and contribute to compensation, benefits & pension initiatives
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders to support the execution and implementation of projects while ensuring project outcomes align with the business goals.
- You will support the creation of communication strategies and educational sessions for compensation, benefits & pension programs, and initiatives across the (CRS).

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:

- You have a bachelor’s degree with preference or HR, Commerce, or Business Administration
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience supporting benefits and compensation programs (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- If you are familiar with pension, benefits, and compensation it is considered an asset.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
