This is a temporary role through mid January 2024. This role reports to the Senior Manager & HRBP, Corporate.

**What you will do**:

- Assist in the implementation of company and business unit HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g. on-going salary administration and annual compensation cycle, benefit programs, performance management, new employee on-boarding and off-boarding activities for departing employees)
- Provide HR advisory support and problem-solving solutions to business leaders within the Corporate business functions
- Provide support and training to managers in the interpretation and use of HR policies, processes, and programs
- Support the Corporate HR Team, recruiters, and business leaders in analyzing compensation and making recommendations
- Analyze results of exit interviews, recruitment feedback, and employee surveys to identify people issues and trends and participate in their resolution
- Assist in resolving moderately complex employee relations matters
- Take the lead in the deployment of HR projects and new policy deployment
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders with various Leaves processes
- Work with the Centers of Excellence (HR Shared Service Centre, Total Rewards, Culture & Organizational Effectiveness, Internal Legal Counsel, Learning and Development, Talent Attraction & Sourcing, Diversity and Inclusion) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of employment documentation to support the effective delivery of HR services and to implement on HR strategies, programs, and processes

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and working experience), preferably with a Human Resources focus
- Three to five years of HR generalist experience
- Experience working with Corporate functions and leaders at all levels across multiple locations and countries in a matrix structure
- Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills
- Customer focused attitude with demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups
- Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from multiple senior leaders
- Ability to prioritize often competing demands
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to influence with good verbal and written communication and advisory skills
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions, resolve moderately complex decisions, and exercise good judgment on sensitive and confidential issues
- Professional HR Designation (CPHR,SHRM)

**Compensation & Benefits**:
Salary Range $64,000-88,000. This range is estimated for the Advisor, HR position in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
