**Job Overview**:
Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers and bookkeeping? We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team, with a focus on bookkeeping, HR and project coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial well-being of our organization while providing essential administrative support.

1. Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and invoice processing. Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Data Entry: Accurately input financial and administrative data into our systems, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.

3. Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review, helping in decision-making processes.

4. Expense Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing insights into budget management.

5. Payroll Support: Collaborate with the HR department to help with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.

6. Records Maintenance: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.

7. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, filing documents, and supporting other team members as needed.

8. Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding financial matters, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any payment-related issues.

9. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and teams to support the coordination and execution of projects. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and assist in maintaining project documentation.

10. Budget Monitoring: Support project managers in tracking project expenditures and adhering to budget constraints.

11. Project Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and achievements.

12. Human Resources: Create and maintain job ads, complete onboarding and various HR related tasks.

13. Continuous Improvement: Participate in project post-mortems and provide feedback to enhance future project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on bookkeeping or related financial tasks.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive financial information and maintaining confidentiality.
- High level of integrity and ethics in financial dealings.
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
