**Position Summary**
The Department of Clinical and Organizational Ethics is recruiting a Project Coordinator to provide support with ongoing and upcoming organizational projects and educational initiatives. The Project Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Director of the Department of Clinical and Organizational Ethics and work collaboratively with a team of Bioethicists to support all UHN sites. The role involves both administrative and strategic planning responsibilities.

**Qualifications**
- At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in a health or social science related discipline, or recognized equivalent, required;
- 2-3 years’ experience related project coordination experience, required;
- Detail oriented with respect to quality and accuracy;
- Capacity to work independently with high level of autonomy;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills;
- Highly motivated and reliable with strong project management skills;
- High level of professionalism and a sensitivity to confidentiality and privacy;
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, an asset;
- Understanding of Project Management fundamentals, an asset;
- Master’s Degree in a social science or humanities discipline preferred;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management certification, preferred.
