Louis W. Bray Construction Limited is a well-established Heavy Civil Construction Contractor continually building on its solid reputation throughout Ontario since 1972. We are seeking a part-time Finance Administrator to work in our accounts payable/finance team. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent customer service skills, multitasking and a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. The office is located in Vars, Ontario, near the East end of Ottawa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts payable invoice entry, vendor statement review, maintaining vendor relationships
- Assist with vendor payments
- Preparing journal entries as required
- Generating various financial reports on job costs, vendors, expenses
- Bank deposits
- Other duties as required within the finance team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum intermediate Excel skills: formulas, data formatting, pivot tables, data filtering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Accounts Payable - preferably in a job cost and fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize/re-prioritize tasks on an ongoing basis
- Software savvy - ability to learn new software platforms/systems
- Reliable transportation to commute to Vars location

Assets
- Advanced Excel skills: automation to process and create reports on large volumes of data, short-cuts
- Experience with Vista ERP
