Job Title: Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide Structral Steel Estimates to clients
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives
- Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, setting clear expectations and goals

**Experience**:

- Must be able to read structural steel drawings
- Must be able to estimate Structural steel erection time.
- Construction estimation knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry trends
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using technology and software systems for operations management

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Vars, ON K0A 3H0 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Vars, ON K0A 3H0: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
