Kenworth Ontario is currently looking to add a Receptionist to our vibrant team at our Vars location.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephone calls and direct to the appropriate staff or take messages when required
- Assist Accounts Receivable in letter preparation, collection calls, and data entry
- Prepares daily cash sale reports
- Create engaging content for various communication channels.
- Provide additional administrative support to Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Controller and Dealer Principals as required
- File records and documents as needed
- Type letters and documentation assigned
- Other duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Bilingualism would be an asset
- Valid Driver's license
- The ability to use a computer effectively
- Proven to build trust and maintain relationships
- Comfortable talking on the telephone and greeting customers
- Experience working with social media
- Demonstrates professionalism
- Previous receptionist experience, or office experience (1-2 years)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
