Apollo Green is a premium nursery that develops market-defining genetics for the global cannabis industry. We are looking for a strong organizational and operational coordinator, that can provide a variety of administrative support services to the Site & Sales Managers.

**What can I expect to do in this role?**

In this role, you will:
Assist in the Administrative tasks of the Sales and Site Managers including;
- Prepare correspondence, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Create and maintain tracking systems in Excel.
- Taking general meeting notes.
- Assist in updating and preparing marketing materials for distribution.
- Assist in the data entry of purchases.
- Ensure all forms and reports are completed as needed.
- Observe and report any security issues to the Site Manager.
- Maintain filing systems and perform other related general office duties.
- Manage incoming phone calls, mail and other material.

**Job Requirement**
- Bilingual.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Meet tight deadlines.
- Be familiar with general office procedures, equipment, and software.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Software an advantage.
- Have a strong commitment to people, processes, policies, and compliance.
- Clear understanding and prior experience with an administrative support position a huge advantage.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vars, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
