We are looking to hire a Treasury Associate for our Finance division based in Vancouver.
- ** Your Role **:As Treasury Associate you will be responsible for the allocation of incoming money in accordance with working instructions. You will ensure that the total amount of incoming money is reconciled with the batch posted daily. You will report to the lead for the treasury department.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Allocation of incoming money following working instructions.
- Reconcile total amount of incoming money with the batch total posted daily.
- Match customer accounts when requested.
- Handle bank reconciliation as per distributed schedule.
- Help to minimize data entry errors/avoid payments "on account".
- Assist Credit Representatives on accounts receivables reconciliation.
- Help manage the customer refund process.
- Month End reporting support.
- Admin Accounts Payable activities.
- Help train new team members
- Reconciliation/ Auditing transit accounts to assure reconciliation.
- Support Monthly Internal Compliance Reports (ICS)
- Assist Internal and external audit enquiries
- Creation and Distribution of internal reports within the organization as requested.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 2 years of general office experience or completion of a Finance or Accounting program
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Proven ability to work under pressure
