Your RoleAs a Treasury Associate, you will be responsible for managing cash allocation, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring seamless financial operations.
Your Responsibilities- Process claim requests from internal and external auditors, coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage Accounts Payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the refund process, maintaining transparency and compliance.
- Support the creation and distribution of internal reports, providing valuable insights to the organization.
- Reconcile and audit transit accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming money, ensuring proper matching with batch totals.
- Reconcile and match customer accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Minimize data entry errors and avoid payments "on account" through diligent attention to detail.
- Support the training process of new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
- Provide treasury support, ensuring seamless financial operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cash/payment allocation, preferably in a similar role.
- Bilingual Spanish is a strong asset, enhancing communication with our Mexico offices.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within our organization, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
