**Laurentian Online Course Delivery Coordinator, Centre for Continuing Learning**:
**Required Position**:
Full-Time Appointment

**Responsibilities**:
Working as part of a team, in a high volume production and course delivery environment, the incumbent, under minimum supervision and within University guidelines, coordinates and prepares courses (**in French**) for asynchronous online delivery through Laurentian Online, Centre for Continuing Learning.
- Communicates with other course coordinators and other online course development/delivery personnel as necessary to facilitate course delivery;
- Works in a team setting to develop, implement and continually improve workflow and project management processes that will ensure the successfully annual delivery of all online courses and programs of Laurentian Online;
- Communicates with, and participates in meetings with other course coordinator and interdepartmental groups/staff in the planning, development and implementation of all course development, reviews and update requirements on a semester basis;
- Maintains an electronic course master that contains all of the course content materials, copyrights, and other required course components needed to deliver each online course in the LMS;
- Applies the terms of letters of accommodation for accessibility to course assignments and other methods of evaluation, notes the need for global updates for accessibility
- Signs off of all examinations for the Examinations Coordinator on a semester basis;
- Develops course schedules for each offering in consultation with course supervisor;
- Prepares instructor resources and guides for course offerings jointly with course coordinator;
- Signs off on each online course section offered each semester (following the implementation of a course in the LMS).
- Ensures that course information is up-to-date and accurate on the website and intranet;
- Supports other Laurentian Online personnel during peak times for specific online delivery requirements such as mail-outs, examinations packaging, etc
- Participates in Laurentian Online team meetings and projects;
- Abides by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations, as well as the Health and Safety Policies;
- Performs other duties directly related to this position as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree (4 years) in a relevant discipline;
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an educational setting;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a distance/online learning and/or adult education context**;**:

- Demonstrated information management / data management experience;
- High degree of attention to detail;
- Ability to exercise good judgement and make sound decisions;
- Highly organized and efficient;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to deal with diverse groups;
- Work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to maintain a high standard of work with frequent interruptions;
- Strong computer literacy skills;
- Strong knowledge of Laurentian institutional policies and procedures
- Oral and written competency in both official languages (French and English) is required.

The official University hours of operation shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, during, and including, the months from September to April,
