**Curriculum Assessment Coordinator, Micro-credentials and Non-Credit Programs**:
**Required Position**:
Full-time Term Appointment until April 30, 2025

**Responsibilities**:
This position will play an important role in completing a study aimed at recognizing non-credit courses for credit value. This position requires meticulous research and coordination skills to gather relevant data, including best practices, in post secondary institutions provincially, nationally and internationally. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, and faculties to assess the viability and potential implications of implementing such recognition within the institution.

Conduct and coordinate study
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine study objectives and methodology;
- Manage timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of the study;
- Prepare a comprehensive final report summarizing findings, and recommendations.

Data Collection and Analysis
- Collect both quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources, using tools such as surveys, institutional databases, and reports;
- Analyze data to assess feasibility, potential impact and risks associated with recognizing non-credit courses for credit value;
- Identify key factors influencing decision-making, including academic regulations, and resource implications.

Stakeholder engagement
- Identify key stakeholders for the study;
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among stakeholders;
- Organize meetings, workshops and presentations to gather input, address concerns, present and evaluate findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or higher in education, business administration, or a related field. A background in educational research, curriculum development, or institutional assessment is preferred;
- to 3 years of experience in curriculum assessment, teaching or relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of credit transfer policies;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Professional writing skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Project management skills.

The official University hours of operation shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, during, and including, the months from September to April, and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m Monday through Friday during and including May to August., amounting to thirty-three and three-quarter (33.75) hours per week.
