In your role as a Commercial Sales Coordinator for The North West Company (NWC), you are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration activities to streamline the quoting and ordering processes. You will provide support to the sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales operations within a company.

**Your Role**:

- Responsible for responding and preparing quote requests sent in by Northern Stores and or directly by customers including freight directly to specified locations.
- Sourcing product through numerous suppliers and vendors for quotes on product.
- Creating purchase orders and shipping labels for direct vendor shipments into communities.
- Creating Retek PO numbers and warehouse requisition requests.
- Communicating with the transportation division to make logístical decisions based on the specific quotation.
- Processing approved sales to be captured on a monthly basis, review with Inventory management quarterly.
- Generating invoices to be distributed back to sales representatives for furtherance to customers
- Creating Marketing requests for seasonal promotional programs.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Post-Secondary Degree preferred, but not required;
- A minimum of 3 years administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational capabilities.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
