Avantune is a digital company that develops loT and AI enabled business solutions. The company has designed innovative platforms based on big data and artificial intelligence to help companies thrive in the market.

SDR will be equipped with well-researched information about the prospect and company before getting in touch with them since will be the first face of our company. He will have a fair understanding about the industry, sales process, and competition to make meaningful conversations.

Base salary oof 45K + 5K Bonus for KPI plus commission with no cap; annual OTE is expected to be $80/90K.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Present our company to potential prospects
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
