As a proud partner with Kelowna Aerospace Defence Programs, we deliver numerous support services tailored to our client, the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).
- Sort and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail. Coordinate the flow of information with other departments
- Reconcile banked time, vacation and personal days
- Manage Accounts Payable procedures including Work Management System
- Create, schedule, process and close work orders (WO), purchase orders
- Prepare invoices for payment and reconcile accounts
- Assist with inventory control
- Reconcile parts deliveries with PO's
- Provide support with publication subscriptions
- Provide month-end reports
- Maintain filing system of all work orders, reports, reviews, etc.
- Track fuel, vehicle and VIQ trip files
- Order office supplies
- Participate in the prevention of accidents and promote a safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in the administrative field, accounting or related field an asset

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment
- Knowledgeable of accounting functions and processes an asset

**SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and demonstrated time management
- Works effectively with shifting priorities
- Self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Sound judgement and discretion when dealing with financial records and sensitive employee information
- Eligible to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Clearance by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate

Intermediate/Advanced user of:

- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- JD Edwards or an Oracle-based ERP system
