- Reception and launch of orders in the computer tool “order management.”
- Change orders by classifying the respective reasons.
- Critical analysis of orders received, informing the Client Agent of unusual situations.
- Issuing invoices and other documents related to Frulact's commercial transactions, namely the respective support to export processes.
- Proceed to the customer service file.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
- College diploma in Business or Administration field
- Customer Service training is considered an asset.
- English proficiency is mandatory; French considered an asset.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office; SAP considered an asset IN CASE OF ABSENCE, REPLACED BY: N/A.
