**Introduction**:
Nous recherchons un Représentant des Ventes Interne pour rejoindre notre équipe de ventes et de services. Votre mission principale sera de coordonner et de servir de lien crucial entre les activités de vente et de service client, en veillant à atteindre les objectifs tout en plaçant les besoins de nos clients au centre de toutes nos actions. Pour ce poste, vous serez basé soit dans le nord de l’Ontario (Sudbury ou Timmins), soit dans le nord du Québec (Rouyn-Noranda ou Val d’Or) et vous rendrez compte au Responsable des Opérations Services et Ventes, Canada.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de gestionnaires de comptes sur site et de représentants du service client, dédiée à une croissance ambitieuse des ventes, guidée par les priorités des clients et de l’entreprise.

**Votre rôle en tant que Représentant des Ventes Interne**:
**Soutien aux ventes**: Fournir un soutien aux Gestionnaires de Comptes sur Site.
**Gestion des comptes**: Responsable de la gestion des ventes pour les comptes plus petits.
**Rapport et analyse**: Supporter la création de rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
**Développement des ventes**: Construire et faire croître l’entonnoir de ventes en analysant les données clients et de ventes.
**Suivi des opportunités**: Suivre les prospects, devis et propositions pour sécuriser les ventes.
**Gestion des commandes**: Accélérer les commandes pour garantir que les marchandises arrivent sur le site du client comme promis ou nécessaire.
**Réponses aux demandes**: Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière opportune.
**Déplacements**: Voyager sur le site lorsque nécessaire.
**Qui vous êtes**:
**Expérience**: Expérience dans un environnement professionnel axé sur le client et dynamique, ou gestion de comptes sur site dans une industrie similaire.
**Compétences informatiques**: Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des logiciels CRM tels que Salesforce.
**Expérience collaborative**: Expérience de travail dans ou en étroite collaboration avec les ventes, le service client, la gestion de produits et les services.
**Compétences en négociation**: Excellentes compétences en négociation et en influence, avec la capacité de construire des relations solides avec les clients.

**Bilinguisme**: Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
