**DESCRIPTION**

We are currently looking for a Credentialing Verification Specialist to join the Telemedicine Success team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position may be based out of our offices in Montreal, Quebec.

The Credentialing Verification Specialist reports to the Provider Relations and Recruiting Manager.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all credentialing files.
- Confirm that provider credentials match the requirements of the position.
- Create, maintain, and manage provider files with up to date relevant documents.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that workflows for contracted provider credentialing is consistent with company processes, including alerting the compliance team of any NPDB findings.
- Interact with newly hired providers to ensure credentialing files are complete and up-to-date.
- Stay up to date with company’s credentialing requirements.
- Respond to all provider and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
- Send COI/ Malpractice to providers and complete all credentialing requirements and report blockers as needed.
- Communicate verification complete to Recruitment Manager and supporting teams.
- Other duties as assigned.

- College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
- Must have experience and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- You care about people, and are motivated by providing positive experiences.
- Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative, maturity, and discretion.
- Friendly, professional and customer service oriented.
- Proficient knowledge of Google apps (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
- Strong ability to execute, thinking critically and creatively to solve problems.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing and its direct impact on the practice’s revenue cycle.

**COMPENSATION**

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $50,000 to $55,600 CAD plus, generous vacation, and full medical/dental benefits.
