Community Literacy of Ontario wants to redesign its current website which can be found here:
**1. Company Background**

Community Literacy of Ontario is a network of over 100 community-based Literacy and Basic Skills agencies located in communities large and small across the province. This project will report to the Executive Director of CLO.

**4. Requirements**

Our primary goals are to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness and provide an overview of our services in order to provide credibility to our member programs. Website visitors are LBS professionals who access the resources on the website.

The current website is not mobile optimized and does not adhere to modern accessibility standards. The new website should be built on Squarespace (or other, depending on recommendations) so as to include all back-end maintenance, SSL certificates, etc. The “Resources” page and all PDF’s and documents linked therein will need a custom designed searchable database. The new website should maintain URL’s and URL pathways to maintain all linkbacks and current SEO rankings. Any pathway changes should include appropriate redirects. The new website should have improved navigation menus. The vendor will create a refreshed branding guide and logo to be used on the website as well as across all areas of operation: social media, print, etc.

- _Site architecture - maintain the current URL paths_
- _301 re-directs of old URL's_
- _SEO Keyword Analysis - is being found in Google important?_
- _Homepage interaction (where does a customer go from the homepage?)_
- _Analytics Integrations - Google Analytics, Google Search Console_
- _Lead generation - new membership form_
- _Cart and checkout (for ecommerce) - for membership fees, connect with existing PayPal account_
- _Blog - this could be the resources page_
- _What additional features are you interested in adding to your site: Downloadable Documents/files, PayPal links, Membership, Internal Search Feature._
- _Security - SSL certificate_
- _Website training - we plan to update the website internally. Note if training will be necessary._

- 3-5 top relevant projects, link to case study or website URL
- # of individuals (approx.) that will work on the website project, their roles & responsibilities
- Any additional resources required for support (ex: sub-contractors)
- # of hours and general timeline from start to completion (approx.)
- Project management approach
- General overview of website build process end-to-end
