Job Description:
**RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR**

Tsawwassen

Some of your responsibilities include:

- Coordinating the preparation, tracking, and completion of job postings, and preparing related correspondence;
- Coordinating with the Recruitment Advisor on additional marketing and or posting support to ensure target audiences are reached;
- Managing large volume data as it correlates to all external postings;
- Data management of new hire documentation including creating new employee files;
- Assisting the recruitment team in the creation, development and implementation of recruitment events including career fairs, online workshops, speed recruiting events and local recruitment based open houses across the fleet.

As an individual, you are energetic with a high level of initiative; possess excellent judgement and problem-solving skills and thrive when you are providing high-touch, timely customer service.

Technically, you are proficient in the use of Windows-based software programs and have experience in the use of HR database programs. If this checks off your LIKES for a role, and you have education or experience with Administration, Human Resources or in a related field; we would like to hear from you.
