**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to real estate agents by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.

2. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, listing presentations, and property listings.

3. Coordinate the processing of real estate transactions, including managing paperwork, contracts, and disclosures.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system and other databases.

6. Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

7. Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
