**Job Description**:
**Mission**

You will work closely with M&A team members, business leaders and all stakeholders to assess whether the merger and/or acquisition opportunity is a good fit with CIMA+'s growth strategy in terms of both talent and culture.

You will manage several M&A projects simultaneously. You will propose and follow the project plan, provide strategic alignment to collaborators, ensure the quality of due diligence, define and implement the integration plan and collaborate on post-acquisition activities.

Developing methodology, improving HR M&A business practice, ensuring efficiency and quality, and delivering an exceptional experience to all stakeholders will drive your actions.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Develop the project plan and coordinate the entire due diligence HR activities in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Update the schedule, address priorities and conflicting issues, track the achievement of commitments and results, and identify solutions when required
- Communicate project progress efficiently and participate actively in statutory meetings
- Build trust with the other organization's management in a collaborative spirit of shared success
- Analyze and understand the organization's culture, strengths, weaknesses and talent management practices in order to highlight risks and opportunities
- Understand talent within the organization. Identify critical talent and key employees to ensure they receive special attention during the transaction
- Understand current development and succession plans and validate their alignment with the organization's growth strategy
- Contribute to the development of the change management plan to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders, and thus ensure the engagement and retention of talent
- Develop the integration plan, schedule the transition and appropriate support, and strategically involve HR business partners in the implementation
- Collaborate on post-acquisition activities including post-mortem and survey activities, and define success key performance indicators
- Enhance HR M&A practice, collaborate on workflow design as well as tools development and continuous improvement to ensure implementation of HR M&A best practices

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant discipline
- Ten years of HR experience with at least five years of specific M&A experience
- Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects. Lead project activities in a structured, methodical and rigorous manner, while demonstrating adaptability and flexibility according to the business context
- Bilingualism
- Experience in international/US M&A processes may be an important asset
- Be strategic. See the opportunity as a whole, develop a vision to generate positive results that will contribute to the achievement of the business plan for all stakeholders
- Be stimulated by problem-solving and be able to come up with suggestions: take the necessary steps to understand a situation, break it down and identify various solutions adapted to business needs. Ability to make complex decisions
